Online Banking Payments via Paysera

Paysera is a modern and reliable online payment system that allows customers to make fast and secure payments through their internet bank accounts.
Thanks to the Paysera system, customers of Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor, Revolut, and other banks in Latvia can easily and quickly pay for their purchases in the Fursmetics online store.

After you confirm your order, you will be redirected to the Paysera payment gateway, where you can complete your transaction using your preferred bank.

Steps for payment via online banking:

  1. Select your bank from the list.

  2. Log in to your internet banking account.

  3. Choose the account from which you wish to pay.

  4. After completing the payment successfully, you will be redirected back to the Fursmetics website, where your order confirmation will be displayed.

  5. You will also receive an automatic confirmation email to the email address provided during checkout.

Card Payments – Visa, MasterCard, Maestro

If you prefer to pay by card or your bank is not listed, you can easily choose card payment. The Fursmetics online store accepts most major cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro.

After confirming your order, you will be redirected to the Paysera payment gateway.

Steps for card payment:

  1. Select "Pay by card" as your payment method.

  2. Enter your card details: card number, expiry date, and CVC/CVC2 code.

  3. Once the transaction is completed, you will be redirected back to the Fursmetics website, where you will see your order confirmation.

  4. A confirmation email will also be automatically sent to your email address.

Delivery Terms

Free Delivery from 50 EUR

We offer free delivery on all prepaid orders starting from 50 EUR within Latvia and from 70 EUR to Estonia and Lithuania.

Our goal is to ensure a smooth and fast shopping experience for our customers. All orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

DPD and Omniva both send an SMS with a collection code once your order is delivered to your chosen parcel locker. The parcel must be collected within 6 days after receiving the notification.

Please note that due to courier workload, delivery may take up to 5 business days. Thank you for your understanding.

We offer convenient delivery options via Omniva and DPD parcel lockers. Delivery to other countries is possible upon individual request – please contact us directly.

Returns

REPLACEMENT

If you received defective, damaged, or incorrect products, please contact us at info@fursmetics.eu and provide a photo of the products that you received to confirm the condition of your order. Our team will provide replacement assistance.

If your order experienced problems with shipping or delivery, please reach out via email. To receive timely assistance, please provide your order number and confirm your full shipping address in your information form.

Please contact us regarding any assistance you require within 30 days of your order’s purchase date. After 30 days we are unable to guarantee that return, refund, or replacement assistance can be offered to remediate the order issue you experienced.

RETURNS

We only accept the return of orders that are unopened, unused, and within 14 days of their delivery.

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
