FURSMETICS E-STORE TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. General Provisions
These Terms apply to all purchases made via the Fursmetics e-store. The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms are published on the website and come into effect upon publication. The Buyer is responsible for reviewing the Terms before each purchase.
2. Prices and Product Information
All prices are listed in euros (EUR), including VAT. Product descriptions and visuals are for informational purposes. The Seller is not liable for minor differences in appearance or composition. Prices and availability may change without prior notice.
3. Ordering and Payment
Orders can be placed via the Fursmetics online store. Payments are processed through the secure Paysera platform. Customers can choose to pay via internet banking (Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor, Revolut, etc.) or by card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro).
After confirming the order, you will be redirected to the Paysera payment gateway, where you can select your preferred payment method and complete the transaction. After successful payment, you will be redirected back to the Fursmetics website and receive an order confirmation email.
4. Delivery
Fursmetics offers free delivery for prepaid orders starting from 50 EUR in Latvia and from 70 EUR to Estonia and Lithuania.
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery is available through Omniva and DPD parcel lockers. Both providers send an SMS notification with a collection code. Parcels must be collected within 6 days after notification.
Delivery to other countries is possible upon individual request – please contact us directly.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia. Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer, unless the return is due to a quality issue or error by the Seller. Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.
6. Quality and Liability
Fursmetics ensures that all products comply with applicable quality and safety standards. The Buyer must report any product defects without delay. The Seller is not liable for damage caused by improper use or storage of the product.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy. Data is used only for order processing and customer communication, unless the Buyer consents to receive marketing messages.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, including texts, product descriptions, images, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of Fursmetics or its partners. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the Buyer may contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC) or file a claim in accordance with Latvian law.
